CORONAVIRUS – OUR POLICY
We are constantly monitoring the evolution and impact of coronavirus (COVID-19) and, whilst we believe the virus must be kept in perspective, it remains our highest priority to ensure that our clients and employees are protected in accordance with current guidelines.
The chances of catching the virus remain low, however, we have implemented the following infection control measures to ensure that we continue to operate in accordance with the guidelines:
- Employees presenting cold or flu-like symptoms will not be allowed to work.
- Employees have been instructed not to shake hands with customers.
- Employees have been instructed to wash their hands frequently and, in particular, before entering, and then after leaving, a property.
- Hand sanitizer has been provided to all employees and, again, on-site operatives have been instructed to use this before entering, and then after leaving, a property.
